Third Annual Patient's Choice
Award Banquet
Tri-City Visionaries announces its Third Annual Patient's Choice Award Banquet scheduled for Friday, November 14, 2008,
7:00PM at the Brookland Baptist Church Banquet and Convention Center. This event is co-sponsored by the Saint John Baptist
Church, Hopkins and the Mount Nebo Baptist Church, Eastover. The purpose of this event is to celebrate our community's
most accomplished physicians and dentists. Help make this event a success in either of the following ways:
- Become a co-sponsor of the event
- Purchase a guest table for the night of the event
- Purchase a display table for the night of the event
- Nominate a physician or dentist who has or is currently providing exceptional service to the community
The cost to attend is $40 for individuals and $30 for senior citizens over 65 years of age. For information regarding
