In conjunction with the Pastor, the Deacons are the spiritual leaders of the church. Each member upon joining St. John is assigned a Deacon by Prayer Cell and Ward. The Deacons assist the Pastor in overseeing the spiritual and business affairs of the church, visits the sick and shut-in, serve communion to the sick and shut in on 1st Sunday, provides spiritual advice and support to their Ward members and the numerous auxiliaries and ministries of the church.
